At Essential Multiservice, every order is made especially for you. Our promotional products and personalized gifts are custom-designed and produced on demand, based on your direct approval. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been processed.

We understand this may not be ideal in some situations, but this policy ensures fairness and helps us maintain affordable pricing. Custom items cannot be restocked or reused due to their unique nature, and production costs are committed from the moment we begin creating your product.

However, your satisfaction matters to us.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or a printing error different from the approved design, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly review the issue and work on the best solution.
